To have any chance at generating sales you must have traffic. Grow Systems had plenty of traffic, but came to Enhanced Concepts because much of that traffic left their website within 8-10 seconds of entering the home page alone. Those that made it beyond the home page "bounced" at the individual product level pages.
A detailed client interview was conducted to gain insight into their market and customer needs. We used the data gathered during that interview to redesigned a new ecommerce driven website targeting their typical buyer and addressing many of the usability issues discovered. The first goal was to make a customer friendly, usabale site to lower abandonment rates and keep the traffic they currently had. Once that was achieved the ability to generate additional sales was addressed.
